• When is the deadline to place an order? 

Orders must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on Thursdays in order to receive meals the following week.

• Is there an minimum number of meals to order

There is a minimum of 5 meals "The Half-Time Special" for your order to be processed.

•  How do I receive your weekly rotating menu?

Please visit our Home page where you can enter your email address and sign up to be notified with the rotating menus, promotions, and more! Also you can follow us on Instagram or Facebook.  

• Can I place an order over the phone or by text?

I know sometimes this may seem convenient to text or simply call but due to the overwhelming responses, please just submit your orders online. We apologize but we can only accept orders placed through our website.

• What day will I receive my order?

Once you submit your order and payment, you will receive an confirmation email and I will provide you with an pickup or delivery date and expected time of delivery.

• What time will I receive my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the route and my work load for that week. Most deliveries are from 11am to 10pm. Please note, that times will vary and you will be notified with a more accurate time frame earlier that day via text or phone call.  

• Should I keep/return my meal prep containers? 

We are passionate about recycling and preventing waste. Based on the delivery method you selected during check out will determined how you return "Casually Prepped" containers. Please note, all containers should be free of food and debris before returning or you will be charge an $5 fee. 

• How long does the meals stay fresh?

We guarantee freshness up to 4 days. Beyond that time is your own preference but we do recommend to freeze the meals after day 4 to keep them in their freshest form. The meal prep containers are freezer, microwave, and dishwasher safe. 

• How do I reheat my meals?

Place your meal in the microwave, depending on the temperature you prefer, it may take 1-3 minutes. Container is microwave safe. 

• Can I freeze my meals? 

Yes! You can place your meals in the freezer for up to 3 weeks, the meal containers provided are freezer safe. We recommend you place a large freezer bag over the containers containing the prepped meals to ensure proper storage. 

• Can I customize my own meals? For example, I only want seafood

Yes!! Please email us and we will discuss your options. Please note, that there will be an upcharge for this option. No excuses or exceptions!
